Can a repair garage legally use my vehicle for collecting parts - without my consent?
I recently collected my citroen vehicle from a repair garage, and found that the petrol had been used (about half a tank). I also noticed that when I got the vehicle home, and opened the boot, there were brand new parts for another vehice make, and a childs toy in the footwell !!. When I contacted the garage, they totally denied it being used !!! and told me that the parts where not theirs ! What steps should I take now ???
Sell the parts on ebay.
