How long will it take to get a rental?
Most of the listed companies ship on the same day that you place your order, provided the order is placed before the last mail run of the day. It usually takes 1-5 days to arrive at your door, depending on how far you live from the rental company.

What if my DVDs don't arrive on schedule?
If the DVD was shipped over a week ago and still has not arrived at your house OR if it was mailed over a week ago and still has not arrived at the rental company, then contact the company. Most likely it will be marked as late and the next selection will be mailed out.

What do I do if my rental arrives damaged?
Contact the rental company and tell them the movie is damaged. Mail it back and they will ship out a replacement movie or your next selection.

Can I cancel or change my club membership?
Most rental companies work on a month by month membership basis. You should confirm this with your chosen rental company when signing up. You will be able to cancel anytime, but your monthly costs will not be prorated, i.e.; if you only rented 1 movie that month instead of 3.

Do they usually have new movies in stock?
In order to stay competitive, most rental companies keep a large stock of new movies. You should be able to watch what you want when you want. If the title you want has not been released yet, you can usually still add it to your rental queue and it will be sent to you when it becomes available. If for any reason your movie is out of stock, the next movie on your list will be mailed out. Most clubs work on a first come, first serve basis.

Why did I receive some movies out of the order on my list?
When a movie is returned, or have an open slot in your Rental Queue, usually the company will make every effort to ship your first choice. If a title in a higher spot is out of stock, your next available in-stock title will be sent. This way, you will always have great movies on hand!

What if I have a shipping problem or a dvd that won't work?
If you have any shipping problems, such as delayed arrival or incorrect shipments, you should report them to your rental services Customer Service department. You can also log on to your account information page to see your rental history.

How Much Does It Cost?
Membership generally costs about $20 per month. You can have 3 rentals out at one time. Shipping is included both both ways. Most importantly, there are absolutely no late fees.
